The spring has come to us here in the northwest. During the winter I rarely left my home. We were suffering from sickness after sickness. However the weather has warmed and the sun is bright and all is good. I have been able to start going to the Fort again to help with work. It is a great comfort to visit the Fort and all my friends there after so many months away. Today at the Fort there was a party to celebrate the Christmas season.
